We charge a flat fee, supply 4 key copies, and have service available within 24-48 hours.

While we're out rekeying the unit, we also make sure smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are present(where required). We also double check the keyless deadbolts, peepholes, and any other hardware required by law are there and working correctly.
